FinAPU receives Cyber Trust Austria Silver Label for cyber security standards

FinAPU GmbH was recently awarded the Cyber Trust Austria Silver Label. It serves as a seal of quality for companies that have successfully implemented essential security measures. With the silver category, FinAPU has clearly exceeded the required security criteria in relation to the size of the company. The Viennese company, a pioneer in the field of automated risk management, is thus sending a clear signal in favour of the highest standards in cyber security and positioning itself as a reliable partner.

The Cyber Trust Austria Label, developed by the Competence Centre for Secure Austria in cooperation with KSV1870, is based on the Cyber Risk Rating Scheme. The qualification provides a decisive basis for trust, particularly for companies that are part of the critical infrastructure and place high demands on the security of their suppliers. The seal of approval marks an important milestone for FinAPU. ‘With the Cyber Trust Austria label, we demonstrate that cyber security goes far beyond the minimum requirements. Our results, which were rated in the silver category, show that we are actively committed to a higher level of security,’ explains Stefan Weiss, CISO of FinAPU GmbH. 

For customers and partners, this award means an additional level of transparency and security. As with the ISO 27001 certification, the new certification also emphasises FinAPU's commitment to maintaining the highest standards in information security management. In addition, FinAPU has fully complied with all customer requirements in connection with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). For many customers, particularly from regulated industries, this is additional proof of the company's reliability and expertise.
